Online returns
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Unopened makeup, skincare, and hair/body care products returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund in the original method paid or store credit (less shipping costs for online orders). Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened.
Opened products, that are gently used, returned within 30 days of original purchase, are eligible for store credit towards another purchase at facestockholm.com. All purchases made with a store credit are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
In order to receive a refund, we must receive the package back within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that this INCLUDES shipping time and any returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline refunds or credits. All sale items including bundles are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Promotional offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon, and/or offer. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized return, which includes but is not limited to, failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away, changed mind) or items returned to us without an RA number.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, find the order in your customer account and click 'return items'. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will receive an approval email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards. In addition , all brushes, bags, and tools are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We do our best to process online orders within 1 business day.
FACE Stockholm is not responsible for articles lost or damaged during transit. The above-stated return policy applies only to products purchased through www.facestockholm.com. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns of products purchased in our retail stores at this address; likewise, our retail stores cannot accept returns of products purchased at www.facestockholm.com.
DAMAGED GOODS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@facestockholm.se
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the quickest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection.
